PAC Music Box Lighter
The bottom part of the lighter case contains a music box that automatically starts and plays a little tune when the lighter is activated. There were a number of manufacturers of this sort of lighter. This lighter plays Smoke Gets In Your Eyes. The music box is wound up by a knob on the front of the lighter. Circa 1960.

This lighter is designed to be used with soft-pack cigarettes. It slides over oneend of the pack and leaves the lighter handy and ready to use when you get a cigarette from the pack. For illustration purposes, I have forced it onto a box. In any case, it was one of those ideas that looked good on paper, but just didn't work out. c. 1950s
